The Emotional Capability Profile

The Emotional Capabilty Profile is a 360° diagnostic tool that delivers feedback on the degree of emotional capability of an individual as perceived by themselves and those around them. It indicates strengths and development areas together with personalised recommendations. Through the specific feedback individuals are able to harness their strengths and develop skills that will improve their emotional capability leading to enhanced performance and career options. The profile can be part of a workshop or key feedback as a basis for coaching.

ECP Supporting Workshop

The workshop links with the Emotional Capability Profile and provides an interactive and supportive environment including experiential projects that reinforce the learning. Videos enable participants to observe emotionally capable and contra behaviours and practical support in building empathy. There is also a comprehensive participant workbook. The workshop can be designed to integrate with a leadership development initiative or an overall organisational development programme.
